A workshop, a consultancy week, or both. Same room quality. Pick the scope that fits.

Questions

People work on their own files. We map the grind first, then run the tools on the reports, sheets, and mails they already open β€” not a sample deck.

The people who do the work. Ops, sales, HR, or a mixed desk. A manager who can lock the habit after the day helps, but the room is for the team that types.

Both. Most teams start in the office. Remote works when the files are shared and the room can follow on one screen. We lock the format on the brief.

Two or three real files: a weekly report, a sheet, a mail thread. The tighter the examples, the more the room takes home.

That is the consultancy part. They leave with a short playbook β€” three steps they open on Monday. We can stay on for a follow-up week if the plan includes it.

The ones that fit the job: ChatGPT or Gemini for drafts, Copilot or Excel for sheets, Notion or Drive for the playbook. We do not dump a tool list they will not open.

A one-day workshop is the usual start. Add consultancy if you want the habit checked after. The form on Get This Plan tells us Workshop, Consultancy, On-site, or Custom.
